含CO_2油气混输管道失效研究

摘    要:以国内某高温高压凝析气田集输系统为例,针对现场失效管件,在分析其失效形貌之后,应用失效分析理论、流体动力学理论和数值模拟方法,通过ANSYS CFX流体分析软件模拟现场工况条件下管道的运行及管道内的气液分布情况,讨论了高温高压高含气油气混输管道失效机理,指出样品失效源于高温高压环境下不均匀分布的气液混合物CO2腐蚀-冲刷共同作用。研究结果对于类似油气田的开发与工程设计具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:By taking as an example the gathering system of some condensate gasfield with high temperature and high pressure,and by applying the failure analysis theory,fluid dynamic theory and numerical simulation method,the failure mechanism of high-gas oil and gas mixed transportation pipeline under high temperature and high pressure was discussed by using the ANSYS CFX fluid analysis software to simulate the pipeline operation in the field operating condition and gas-fluid distribution in the pipeline.It is pointed out that the sample failure is due to the combined action of the CO2 corrosion and erosion of unevenly distributed gas-fluid mixture in the environment of high temperature and high pressure.The research findings offer a reference for the development and engineering design of similar oilfields and gasfields.
