摘    要:在海洋深水钻井作业中,深水电磁阀直接控制深水防喷器组的启动,是保证深水钻井作业安全可靠的关键设备。由于深水压力高,要求深水电磁阀具有良好的耐高压和密封性能。采用内嵌式设计方法设计了一种能在3 000 m以下深水高压环境下正常工作的深水电磁阀,并把深水电磁控制阀设计在主控阀内部,不直接与海水接触,解决了抗高压与密封等难题。此外,将深水电磁控制阀的铁心与阀心进行一体设计,提高了阀的响应速度。根据设计方案制作出深水防喷器组电磁阀并进行了初步试验验证,结果表明该电磁阀能够满足使用要求。

Abstract:The deepwater electromagnetic valve directly controls the startup of the deepwater blowout preventer(BOP) stack in offshore deepwater drilling.It is the key equipment which ensures the safety and reliability of deepwater drilling.The high pressure of deepwater requires the valve to have desirable performance of high pressure resistance and sealing.The embedded design method was adopted to design a kind of electromagnetic valve which can properly work in over 3 000 m deepwater high-pressure environment.The deepwater electromagnetic control valve is designed within the main control valve and it does not contact seawater directly,which solves the problems such as high pressure resistance and sealing.In addition the design of the iron core and valve core has been integrated,improving the response speed of the valve.The electromagnetic valve of the deepwater BOP stack has been produced according to the design scheme and it has been verified by initial tests.The findings show that the valve can satisfy the requirement of application.
