摘    要:为防止修井作业过程中发生井漏、井喷和井涌等现象,并保护油层不被污染,研制了一种新型油层保护阀。该保护阀没有电子元件,球阀与密封单元之间不依赖于橡胶而采取金属对金属直接密封,可在井下长期工作。同时,可配合分采或合采管柱应用,能够自动防漏防喷,提高作业安全性。试验结果表明,该保护阀液压丢手方式安全、可靠,下井后环空加压即可顺利丢手;球阀的开关通过上提下放管柱即可实现,开关性能和密封性能均满足设计要求。

Abstract:To prevent the occurrence of lost circulation,blowout,and well kick in the process of workover operation and prevent oil reservoir from being polluted,a kind of ball valve-type oil reservoir protection valve was developed.The tool does not have any electronic component.The ball valve and the sealing unit do not depend on rubber and they are directly sealed through a metal-to-metal method,allowing for a long period of their downhole operation.Meanwhile,they can be applied in combination with separate recovery string or commingled production string.They can automatically prevent blowout and improve operation safety.The experimental findings show that the hydraulic release mode of the new valve is safe and reliable and the smooth releasing can be achieved through annular pressurization after running.The switching of the ball valve can be achieved through string pulling and lowering.The switching and sealing performance can satisfy the design requirement.
