摘    要:针对大斜度井偏心分注过程中存在钢丝投捞工具无法下入到位、投送和打捞堵塞器成功率低等问题,研究了钢丝投捞减阻器,并改进了偏心配水器和投捞器的导向机构。介绍了改进后钢丝投捞工具的结构、原理、技术参数和技术特点,改进后的工具目前在现场进行了8口井的应用,应用中最大投捞井斜为67.28°,投捞成功率100%。同时表明,该工具既降低投捞器起下过程中的阻力,又提高了投捞堵塞器的成功率,可以满足大斜度井偏心分注钢丝投捞测试的需要。

Abstract:There exist problems in the process of eccentric separate injection in highly deviated wells,such as failure of steel wire fishing tool to run in place and low success rate of throwing and fishing the blanking plug.Therefore,the steel wire fishing resistance absorber was studied and the steering mechanism of water regulator and fishing tool was improved.The structure,principle,technological parameters and characteristics of the fishing tool after improvement were introduced.The improved tool has currently been applied to 8 wells on the spot.The maximum fishing hole deviation in application is 67.28°with a 100% success rate of fishing.Meanwhile,it is shown that the tool reduces the resistance in the tripping process of the fishing tool and improves the success rate of throwing and fishing the blanking plug.It can meet the needs of steel wire fishing testing for eccentric separate injection in highly deviated wells.
