套管泥线悬挂系统技术分析与发展建议

摘    要:为了加快研制具有我国自主知识产权的套管泥线悬挂系统,在简述了套管泥线悬挂系统的重要性和技术优势之后,介绍了Plexus公司、GE-Vetco Gray公司、Cameron公司及Dril-quip公司的几种套管泥线悬挂系统,并对其技术参数、结构及使用特点进行了对比分析。随后指出国外套管泥线悬挂系统朝着多类别、系列化、更可靠和更高效的方向发展。最后,就国内开展套管泥线悬挂系统研制提出了几点建议。

Abstract:To quicken the development of the casing mud line suspension system with China’s own independent intellectual property,the paper first briefly introduces the importance and technological advantages of the system,then introduces the suspension systems produced by American companies,such as Plexus,GE-Vetco Gray,Cameron,and Dril-quip,and the technological parameters and application characteristics of these systems are compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that the development of foreign suspension systems tends to be multi-class,serialized,more reliable and more effective.Finally,a few suggestions on research of the suspension system in China are offered.
