水下生产控制系统的发展

摘    要:作为水下生产系统不可或缺的部分,水下生产控制系统的正常运行与否是影响海洋油气田安全性与可靠性的重要因素。介绍了水下生产控制系统的发展历程,分析了全液压控制系统、电液控制系统和全电控制系统等3种水下生产控制系统的工作原理及性能特点,并对这3种控制系统做了对比,指出多系统的应用范围。最后结合国内实际情况,提出了研制国产水下生产控制系统的建议。

Abstract:The underwater production control system is an indispensable part of subsea production system.Whether it runs normally or not is a key factor to influence the safety and reliability of offshore oilfields and gasfields.The development of the underwater production control system was introduced in this paper.The operating principle and performance characteristics of three underwater production systems,i.e.the full hydraulic control system and electrohydraulic control system and all-electric control system are analyzed.The three control systems were compared and their application scope was pointed out.Finally,the suggestion of developing domestic underwater production control system was offered referring to the practical conditions at home.
