磁力传动离心管道泵轴向力计算

摘    要:分析了磁力传动离心管道泵工作时5 种轴向力产生的原因, 并推导了轴向力的计算公式。对200CYG—60 型磁力传动离心管道泵轴向力的实例计算表明, 由零部件重力和后密封环处及内磁钢体与外磁钢体错位产生的轴向力并不大, 且动反力能抵消部分轴向力, 关键是内磁钢体上下受压面积不同引起的轴向力较大。提出了平衡轴向力的2 项具体措施:(1) 加大后密封环的尺寸, 使部分后密封环对应的前盖板受到向上的轴向力;(2) 采用能承受轴向力的滚动轴承, 这样既对泵轴起定位作用, 又改变了悬浮状态的工作状况。

Abstract:The factors causing 5 kinds of axial forces of a magnetic drive centrifugal pipeline pump during operation are analyzed, and equations for calculation of the axial forces are derived. An example of calculation shows that, the axial forces resulted from the dislocation of internal magnetic steel body and external magnetic steel body is small, while the axial force caused by the difference between the upper and lower compression areas on the internal magnetic steel body is large. Measures for equalizing the axial force are offered: (1) enlarging the back seal ring to produce a upward axial force on the front cover plate; (2) adopting rolling bearing.
