摘    要:研究1000MW超超临界燃煤机组中速磨煤机制粉系统给煤层标高的优化问题,指出通过优化煤仓间设计、降低其高度,同时在满足运行和检修的前提下,减小其总体积,可以减少机组的总造价;针对不同磨煤机的检修方式、送粉管道的不同布置情况提出了优化煤仓间标高的方案,运行实践证明,该设计方案是可行的。

Abstract:The coal feeder layer elevation optimization of medium-speed mill pulverizing system of 1000MW ultra supercritical coal-fired unit is dealt with.It is indicated that the total costs of unit could be reduced by lowering the coal bunker via its design optimization,and decreasing its total volume while meeting the needs of operation and maintenance.The scheme for optimizing coal bunker elevation is proposed in light of maintenance patterns of different mills and varied arrangements of coal feeding pipelines.The feasibility of the proposed scheme is verified in operation.
