| 摘 要： | 为解决含腐蚀性介质油气田开发过程中的腐蚀问题，降低开发成本，设计了一种新型双金属复合管结构并提出其制造技术方案，该技术可以有效地解决双金属复合管在油田现场使用时的螺纹连接和焊接难题。设计的新型双金属复合管，使油田现场使用的螺纹连接或焊接变为同种材料的连接，结构简单，操作容易，可靠性高．容易实现机械化、自动化和批量生产。

| Abstract: | For solving the problem concerning carrion as encountered with in exploring corrosive medium- containing oil/gas fields, and thus reducing the operation costs, the structure of a new type dual metal clad pipe is designed and the solution of manufacture technology thereof proposed.
