摘    要:提供了Zn-Fe合金黑色钝化的工艺,并通过SEM和XPS对钝化膜的形貌和膜的成分进行研究。结果发现钝化膜呈网装结构,膜中含有较多的 Cr^6 ,故钝化膜损坏后的自修复能力较强,钝化膜中的Cu及Cu2O形式存在。

Abstract:The process of black passivation Zn Fe alloys was investigated.The compositions and morphologies of black passivating film were studied,by using scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results revealed that the morphology of the black passivation film is netlike.The passivation film can recover easily when destroyed,for the film contains some Cr 6+ ions.The passivating film contains passivating film Cu which existed as Cu 2O.
