试论高职院校教学质量监控与保证体系的构建

教学质量是高等职业院校的生命线，是高职院校生存和发展的立足之本。建立有效的教学质量监控与保证体系，是提高教学质量、实现“零距离”上岗教学目标的重要条件。文章从如何确立教学质量保证与监控体系的目标和原则、教学质量保证与监控体系的实施保障、教学质量保证与监控体系的构建等几个方面入手，论述了构建高等职业院校教学质量保证与监控体系的具体措施。

On the training of applied talents in the higher vocational education

Teaching quality is the lifeline of the higher vocational colleges and it is essential to the survival and development of the higher vocational colleges. To build the effective teaching quality assurance and monitoring system is the important condition to improve the teaching quality and realize the teaching aim of ＂zero-distance＂ employment. This paper discusses the ways to establish the objectives and principles of the teaching quality assurance and monitoring system, the implementing guarantee of the system and the construction of the system. The concrete countermeasures are also discussed.
