| Abstract: | There are some unlawful practices in construction market and the phenomenon of ＂illegal affiliation＂ is one of them. The causes, the existing field and the negative impact of phenomenon are analysed in the paper. At last some advices about solving the problems of ＂illegal affiliation＂ are proposed. |
