| Abstract: | It pointed out that small cities and towns were important power of regional development,its disaster prevention and mitigation can not be neglected.Aiming at the characteristics of preventing and mitigating of disaster in small cities and towns and urban planning drawing-up requirement,the opinions about how to use geographical information system in land use evaluation,planning site selection and spatial layout etc.supporting disaster prevention and mitigation in small cities and towns were provided. |
