宁夏医药集中招标采购系统的设计与实现

根据实际应用环境，将网络技术与现有招标采购程序有机结合，建立模块化“医药招标采购系统”，真正实现整体过程的网络化，使之更高效地服务于医疗机构、生产厂商；同时，便于管理部门更灵活地组织、管理、监督医药采购．该系统于2002年3月开发完成，经过宁夏四市五次大规模的招标使用，招标药品2000多个品种规格，参加的医院近80家，采购药品共计1．2亿元人民币，取得了良好的社会效益．

The design and realization of the network system concentration on the bidding and purchasing for Ningxia medicine

According to the actual surrounding of the application, the paper su ggests combining the network technology with the procedure of the bidding and p urchasing to set up module system of medicine bidding and purchasing and realize the whole networked course. The purpose is to make it serve the medical organiz ation and production firm efficiently,make administrative departments organize, manage and supervise the medicine purchasing conveniently. This system has devel oped and finished in March of 2002, and has been used in the extensive bid for f ive times in four cities in Ningxia. More than 2000 various specifications of me dicines called for bid together through this system and nearly 80 hospitals join ed and it added 120 million yuan to purchase the medicines. Above all, it proves that the system has been designed scientifically and rationally, and there is c ertain advance.
