锅炉汽包温度场在线监测新技术

摘    要:在锅炉汽包外壁设置传感器获取外壁测点温度,利用反推法求解锅炉启停及变负荷运行过程瞬态汽包温度场,并将此在线监测结果与ANSYS软件离线模拟结果相比较。结果表明,该在线监测技术准确度高,可以放心应用于实际工程。

Abstract:Temperature sensors are located on the outer surface of boiler drum and the transient temperature field is obtained with inverse method during the boiler's start-up,shut-down and load change operation period.Make the result of this on-line monitoring compare with the result of off-line simulation by ANSYS.The result shows that the accuracy of this on-line monitoring is higher and it can be applied to practical projects in security.
