| 摘 要： | 在薄板成形工艺中，冲压成形有其独特的专业优势，由于冲压模具较为复杂，且投资较大，对于那些成形难度较大，批量小，品种多的钣金件，使用效果较好。该工艺方法给类似产品的加工开辟了一种新的工艺思路。

| Abstract: | Press shaping is of its unique advantages in sheet metal shaping process.Because of its complexed press dies and large investment for the metalpieces of difficult shaping, small batches and more varieties, great results can be obtained by improving the design of machining clamps.The method opens up a new technical idea for processing these similar products. |
