摘    要:利用空间环境地面模拟设备对甲基硅橡胶依次进行了真空热循环和质子辐照实验,讨论了真空热循环和质子辐照的顺次作用对甲基硅橡胶表面形态、拉伸强度、热膨胀系数、质量损失率和体积电阻率的影响,用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪研究了甲基硅橡胶微观结构的变化。结果表明,在真空热循环和质子辐照的顺次作用下,甲基硅橡胶表面出现老化裂纹,其拉伸强度和体积电阻率下降,热膨胀系数和质量损失率增加,但均不具有相加性,并且甲基硅橡胶发生了降解反应。

Abstract:Vacuum thermocirculation and proton irradiation were done on methyl silicone rubber with a ground-based simulator for space environment in turn. The effect of sequential action of vacuum thermocirculation and proton irradiation on surface morphology, tensile strength, thermal expansion coefficient, mass loss and volume resistivity of methyl silicone rubber were discussed. The changes of surface morphology of methyl silicone rubber were studied with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the aged cracksappeared on the surface, the tensile strength and volume resistivity decreaced, the thermal expansion coefficient and mass loss increased. But the synergistic effect of vacuum thermocirculation and proton irradiation did not show additivity. The degradation reaction of the methyl silicone rubber occurred after sequential action of vacuum thermocirculation and proton irradiation.
