异丙醇-环己烷废液的提纯

摘    要:对大学物理化学实验中的“双液系气-液平衡相图的绘制”实验产生的异丙醇-环己烷废液进行了分离提纯。先以水为萃取剂,对异丙醇-环己烷混合物进行萃取分离,再分别精馏提纯,得到纯度为99.492%的环己烷和纯度为98.710%的异丙醇。

Abstract:The isopropanol-cyclohexane was separated and purificated in the experimental of two-line gas-liquid e-quilibrium phase diagram mapping. A physical extraction and distillation method was applied to the separation of an iso-propanol- cyclohexane mixture to obtain pure cyclohexane and pure isopropanol liquids. The 99.492% cyclohexane and the 98.710% isopropanol were obtained by the extraction agent of water. Both of them reached the need of experimental.
