曙一区超稠油污水处理流程的改进

摘    要:针对曙一区超稠油污水特征,对污水处理工艺流程进行改造,以提高外输水水质。采用两级罐除油,隔油池敢浮池,出水污染去除提高到97.6%,悬浮物去除率提高到91.7%,悬浮物去除率提高到91.7%,停用部分效率低,耗能大的处理设备,砂滤罐体进行保温,提高了过滤温度,防止了污染,悬浮物去除率达到50.5%;应用厢式板式板框式板框压同,污泥脱水成型,制作型煤,2001年上半年共节省运费153万元。通过污水处理工艺流程的改进,使外输水含油降到1mg/L,悬浮物降到10mg/L,为污水回用做出了重要贡献。

Abstract:Sewage treatment process has been upgraded to improve the quality of output water in Shu 1 area for its super heavy oil sewage. Oil slop is removed in a two stage tank. Gas floating pond replaced oil interceptor. The removal rate of oil slop in output water has increased to 97.6%, and that of floating particles increased to 91.7%. Some equipment of low efficiency and high energy consumption has been disposed of. Sand filter has been heat insulated to increase the filtering temperature and prevent pollution. Therefore the rate of removal of floating particles reached 50.5%. With box type, plate frame press filter, sludge is dehydrated to make shape coal. RMB 1.53 million Yuan has been saved from transport in the first half year of 2001. After the improvement, the oil content and floating particles in output water have decreased to 1mg/L and 10mg/L respectively thus contributing a lot to sewage recycle.
