锅炉集箱制造过程中使用CO2气体保护焊初探

摘    要:在锅炉集箱生产中,管接头特别是大口径厚壁管接头数量多、焊接工作量大,采用手工电弧焊其生产效率低,且生产综合成本高,在对药芯焊丝气保焊方法剖析后,进行了大口径管接头全位置半自动焊接工艺技术研究。试验结果表明,药芯焊丝全位置半自动CO2气体保护焊工艺稳定、焊接质量及熔合质量优异且易于控制,焊缝表面光滑,焊接接头力学性能及致密度满足相关技术规程的质量要求。
