电子政务中基于ECC的数字签名算法的研究

摘    要:首先就电子政务的安全问题作了需求分析,简要介绍了电子政务的关键部分一数字签名的定义及实现原理,最后具体描述了椭圆曲线应用于密码学的实现机理,将ECC算法与现今较通用的RAS算法的安全性进行了比较,并作出了客观的结论。

Abstract:This paper does a requirement analysis in safe problem of E-government at first and introduces the E-government's key part-Digital Signature's definition,the principle of the realization subsequently.At last the paper depicts the principle of the realization of ECC which applies to Cryptography and makes an objective conclusion through compared the ECC arithmetic with RSA arithmetic.
