| 摘 要： | 简介了三辊穿孔机的结构以及在生产过程中的常见故障和事故。对造成轧辊轴承失效的原因从多方面进行了分析，并结合对生产现场的观察，找出了问题的关键，有效地减少了轧辊轴承失效事故次数。

| Abstract: | Briefly described in the article are the structure of the three－ roll piercing mill and troubles and failures frequently occurring in the operation thereof. Based on overall analyses of the roll－ bearing failure and the site operation observation and trouble－ shooting experience, the root cause of the failure was identified, and thus, the failure frequency reduced. |
