含分布式电源接入的变电站备自投应用问题

摘    要:针对分布式电源(DG)在变电站的大量接入,致使站内的备用电源自动投入(简称备自投)装置动作延时较长.不利于备自投快速投入的弊端,以DG接入某110 kV终端变电站为例,从电源进线有、无重合闸功能出发分析DG接入对变电站备自投装置时延的影响,得出进线开关不宜装设重合闸的结论.提出解决方案1是将原进线线路保护改造为全线速动的光纤纵差保护:方案2是在电源进线接入开关处加装监控装置,检测开关处的电压、电流、功率方向等.以方案2为例给出了具体的实现方法,说明了所提方案提高了备自投装置动作的准确性.

Abstract:The time delay of automatic bus transfer device increases due to the connection of DG (Distributed Generation).With a 110 kV terminal substation with DG connected as an example,the impact of DG on time delay is analyzed in case of the inlet feeder with and without automatic reclose,which shows that the inlet feeder should not equipped with an automatic reclose.Two solutions ale proposed:1.change the original inlet feeder line protection into an instant fiber pilot protection:2.install a monitoring device to monitor the voltage,current and power direction of the inlet feeder switch.The implementation of solution 2 is illustrated,showing the improved action veracity of the automatic bus transfer device.
