摘    要:采用传统电子陶瓷工艺制备了(Bi0.5Na0.5)0.93(Ba1-xCax)0.07TiO3(x=0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08或0.10)陶瓷,研究了Ca掺杂量对陶瓷的结构、介电、压电性能的影响。结果表明,陶瓷样品均形成了单一的钙钛矿结构固溶体。陶瓷的介电、压电性能受Ca掺杂量的影响显著。所有陶瓷样品均表现出弥散相变特征。x=0.04时,室温εr达到最大值1451.7,且tanδ较小,为0.042;当x=0.06时,d33和kp达到最大,分别为140.5pC/N和19.7%。

Abstract:The (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.93(Ba1-xCax)0.07TiO3 (x = 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08 or 0.10) lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the conventional electroceramic technology. The effects of Ca-doped amount on the phase structure, dielectric and piezoelectric properties of ceramics were investigated. The results show that all the ceramics are single-phase solid solutions with perovskite structure.
