煤灰成分和煤灰熔融性的关系

摘    要:系统地研定了中国煤的灰熔融性软化温度ST和流动温度FT与煤灰中SiO_2、Al_2O_3、Fe_2O_3、CaO等主要成分间的关系。并推导出了利用煤灰成分计算煤灰熔融性ST和FT的一组多元回归式。这些回归式的精度达到较高的水平,具有广泛的实用价值和推广价值。

Abstract:The relation between the SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3 and Cat) content in coal ash and softening-fluid temperature of coal ash fusibility in Chinese coal is studied in this paper. And a group of polynomial regression equations which can be used to calculate the .softening-fluid temperature of coal ash wilh coal ash composition, are gained through study. These equations reach a higher accuracy degree and possess a certain worth for spread application.
