| 摘 要： | 随着3G时代的来临,3G业务计费方式和计费内容更加多样和复杂,在3G业务环境下构建一个灵活支撑的计费系统是急需解决的问题。该文参考3GPP相关规范,结合国内外电信计费方案的情况,给出一种基于3G业务环境的在线计费系统的解决方案。
