基于故障树推土机转向液压系统可靠性仿真分析

摘    要:针对推土机转向液压系统液压缸无法复位这一典型故障建立推土机转向液压系统故障树模型,并在此基础上建立可靠性仿真框图,利用Matlab计算推土机转向液压系统的可靠性。通过计算结果对关键元件进行分析,提高推土机转向液压系统的可靠性。

Abstract:For the typical fault of the bulldozers hydraulic steering system that the hydraulic cylinder which can not be reset ,establish a fault tree model about hydraulic steering system, on this foundation built up reliability simulink model,and making use of the Matlab to calculate the reliability of the bulldozers of hydraulic steering system. Passing the result to analyze the key compent,it improve the reliability of bulldozers of hydraulic steering system .
