铝土矿中Al2O3SiO2含量的中子活化在线分析

目前，由于检测手段所限，有色行业中主要采用人工取样、化学分析方法进行铝土矿成分检测。这种方法人为因素和滞后性较大。氧化铝生产要求分析结果快速准确，根据矿石成分及时调整原矿浆配料。为解决人工分析的滞后性与工艺要求的快速性这一矛盾，需要寻求一种从采样到分析的快速分析法。本文介绍的中子活化在线分析矿石中 Ａｌ２ Ｏ３ 、 Ｓｉ Ｏ２ 含量的方法，为矿石成分的检测提供了一条新的途径。

On-Line analytic method of Al 2O 3 And SiO 2 content in bauxite based on the neutron activation

At present,composition in bauxite taken by sampler is determined by means of chemical analysis duing to the limitation of the means of measurement in the non-ferrous metals field.As everyone knows,on one hand the method has a great delay,on the other hand it is possible to be influnced by the analyst.Analysis results must be rapid and accurate in order to adjust production in time.So it is necessary to seek a rapid method from taking to analysis to solve the contradiction.The paper introduces on-Line analytic method of Al 2O 3 And SiO 2 content in bauxite based on the neutron activation,it puts forword a new idea and way on analysis of composition in bauxite.
