| Abstract: | Bearing upper load, a reinforced concrete structure with a pile foundation is the foundation of RH-TB vacuum recycling degassing installation. This paper emphatically explains the construction principles and the main technical points according to the construction condition below zero centigrade in winter. Quality and technical and economic results are evaluated. |
