摘    要:城市建设引发临近既有高层建筑的变形现象越来越多,结合一实例,对观测方案进行了阐述,就如何做好沉降观测进行探讨。为了尽快得到沉降趋势,所采取的观测周期较短,对高层建筑物和地面两套沉降观测数据进行对比分析.最终通过对沉降量和沉降曲线的分析。判定出该建筑物正渐趋于稳定,但仍需进行监测,直至其稳定。

Abstract:Urban construction will result in nearby high-rise building deformation phenomenon more and more. Combined with the project practice ,the observation scheme and building settlement observation are discussed in this pa- per. As soon as possible in order to get the settlement trend, observation cycle is short. So the two sets of settlement ob- servation data about high-rise building and ground are compared and analyzed. Finally, through analysis of the settlement data and settlement curve, the building proved stable gradually, but still need to be monitored until it is stable. Provide a reference for other similar projects.
