赣州电网智能配电台区通信方式研究

摘    要:配电台区是电网与广大用电客户直接连接的核心环节,通信平台是智能配电台区的重要支撑。在智能配电台区通信技术体制尚无统一标准的情况下,文章综合配电自动化通信和智能电网通信的共通性,以《配电自动化技术导则》为依据,分析对比智能配电台区可采用的各种通信方式,结合赣州电网实际情况重点论述公网通信方式的的可行性和实施方式,提出适合赣州电网的智能配电台区通信解决方案,对其他智能配电台区通信方式的选择有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The distribution unit-area is a core link between electricity grid and customers, and the communication platform is a key support for the intelligent distribution unit-area. There is no uniform standard in the communication technology system for the intelligent distribution unit-area. This paper takes the commonality of distribution automation communications and intelligent communications into consideration, analyses and compares a variety of communication methods used in the intelligent distribution unit-area according to the reference 'Technical Guide for Distribution Automation'. Combining with the actual situations of Ganzhou grid, this paper focuses on the feasibility and implementation methods of the public network communication, and then proposes a solution applicable to Ganzhou electricity grid, which provides a certain reference for choosing communication modes for the intelligent distribution unit-area.
