光纤通道传输保护信息技术要求的研究

摘    要:光纤分相电流纵联差动保护作为运行110 kV电压等级的主保护,承担着电网安全稳定运行的重任,其投运使电网运行可靠性得到进一步增强,继电保护的"可靠性、准确性、快速性、灵敏性"也体现得更加具体和完善。文章根据我区110 kV电网运行情况,在确保电网安全的前提下,针对在保护调试和接入过程中存在的问题和疑惑,结合两大专业的特点,通过对电力通信网络构架描述和SDH自愈网分析,研究继电保护对通道要求的特殊性,提出了解决的思路和建议。

Abstract:As a main operation protection of the 110 kV voltage grade, the fiber optic points phase current longitudinal differential protection bears the heavy burden of power grid safe and stable operation, and its operation will further improve grid operation reliability and enable relay protection of the 'reliability, accuracy, rapidity and sensitivity' more specific and perfect. To ensure power grid safe operation, according to the situations of the 110 kV power grid operation and issues of protection debugging and access, this paper describes power communication network architecture and analyzes SDH self-healing network by considering characteristics of both the relay protection technology and the information technology. And then, this paper studies the specialty of channel requirements from relay protection and proposes settlement ideas and suggestions.
