预估模糊控制在循环水加药控制中的应用

摘    要:针对Smith预估控制对模型误差较敏感,适应对象参数变化较差的缺点,提出了一种Smith预估模糊控制方法,利用模糊逻辑实现被控对象模糊化,利用Smith预估控制对被控对象滞后环节进行补偿。以火电厂循环水加药控制为例,对该控制方法进行仿真和实际应用研究,结果表明该系统能有效地避免纯滞后环节在控制系统中带来的振荡现象,工程应用取得了理想的控制效果,为纯滞后、大惯性、模型不确定系统的控制提供了很好的解决方法。

Abstract:In the light of the shortcomings that Smith prediction control was sensitive to the model error and was bad to adapt to parameter change,a control method of Smith prediction Fuzzy control was brought in.Fuzziness was implemented by using fuzzy logic,large time delay was compensated by using Smith predict control.And the control method was simulated and applied based on adding medicament system in water treatment of thermal plant.The results show the system can eliminate oscillatory caused by pure lagging and the system is used in engineering efficiently.It has provided a good solution for undetermined time lag system.
