| Abstract: | Land resources information platform design is an important part of the construction of the digital new district in Lanzhou. This paper introduces the background of construction and target of land resources management information platform in New District in Lanzhou. It also studies the structure of system and the organization of data, and expounds the functional organization of the system and the main functions of each subsystems, and other several key techniques of system implementation are discussed in detail. |
