| Abstract: | In this paper, the author makes a comparison of acidic and neutral tin, with film resistors as an example. The author then makes an analysis of the two tinning process of the pros and pros, and studies their controlling methods of the two processes as well as the appropriate solution formulas of chip resistor tin plating. |
