Scheme Design of Malfunction Diagnosis of Distillation Columns

The necessity of malfunction diagnosis of distillation columns was simply introduced in this paper.The expert system,and the concrete method of malfunction diagnosis of distillation columns which mainly included to establish equipment file,determine the measuring method,examine cycle and maintain time,foresee performance and manage pile,were discussed.If the maintaining technology and the malfunction diagnosis technology and the computer long distance inspecting technology were combined,it could effectively prevent and avoid accident and optimize operation condition and increase operation cycle and provide better economic and social benefits for industries.
