Z412W/Z413W型转化催化剂在川维甲醇装置的应用研究

四川维尼纶厂维明公司甲醉厂是国内首套以天然气为原料的100kt/a合成甲醉装置, 其转化炉工艺条件有三个特点:(1)在转化管入口处向原料气配入16%(V/V)的CO₂, 以提高合成气中碳氧化物对氢的比值。（2）为降低合成气中CH4含量, 转化管出口温度提至865℃, 比传统要高50~80℃。（3）原料气中氧含量较高数百按照厂方和设计院要求, 考察了Z412W/Z413W型催化剂对这些工艺条件的适应性.从1996年12月投运至今已连续运转了9个多月, 表现出优良的催化性能。

Performance or Z412W/Z413W Catalysts in Chuanwei 100kt/a Methanol Plant

Chunwei methanol plat is the first natual-gas-based 100kt/a methanol synthesis plant in China,ehose process conditions are featured by (1)16%CO₂ added to feed gas at inlet of reformer for increased cardbon-oxides-to-hydogen ratio in syngas;(2)raised temperture at inlet of reformer tubes to 856℃,which in 50~60℃ higer than tradition;(3)Oxygen concentraition feed in higher(several hundred ppm).According to the requirmeng of the plat and design institute.adaptability of Z412W/Z413W catalytsts to these process contions was investigated. Since the plat was put into operation in Decemeber,1996,it has been running continually for more than nine months,during which the catalysts exhibited excellent cataltic performance.
