摘    要:针对胶粘剂生产过程中人工操作难于精确控制温度的问题,开发了胶粘剂温度控制系统,该系统采用了基于PCI总线板卡的测控方式。软件设计将Lab Windows/CVI和Access数据库相结合,实现了数据的采集、分析和保存,对执行机构的控制,温度及其曲线的显示,手动/自动控制切换和目标温度设置等功能。系统设计满足控制的要求,使炼胶釜温度按用户设定的曲线变化,从而提高胶粘剂的质量,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:In accordance with the problem of being difficult to control temperature precisely by manual operation in the process of manufacturing adhesive,the computer control system of the adhesive's temperature is developed.It uses the measuring and controlling method of PCI bus-based board card.Combined Lab Windows/CVI with Access database,it implements the functions,including the data sampled,data analyzed and saved,controlling the executing outfit,displaying temperature and its curve,switching manual/auto control method and setting up the goal's temperature etc.The design fulfils the demands of control,makes the variation in temperature in accordance with the curve designed and enhances the quality of adhesive,and achieves good performance.
