摘    要:在布里奇曼晶体生长系统中,在确定温场,主要参数的条件下通过不同的多坩埚形式,进行CaF2晶体的生长研究。观察到坩埚与晶体材料的热传导率严重地影响着界面形状的形成,进而影响着晶体的散射。在理论分析和实验的基础上,找出适宜的坩埚形式和生长方案。

Abstract:In the Bridgman-stockbarger system with definite temperture field and main growth foctors, we study the growth of CaF2 crystal in multi-crucibles and find that the thermal conductivity of crucibles and the crystal have serious influerce on not only the interface shape but also the crystal scattering. On the basis of theory and experiment, we find out the right crucible and growth device.
