| 摘 要： | 提出了窑气净化系统的改进技术，采用膜喷无返混无浓度梯度（MP）塔盘内件的脱硫塔、洗涤塔，提高了窑气的净化度；采用动态陈化技术使陈化后的精浆更加细腻均匀，从而降低了产品的游离碱，提高了产品的质量；提出了“三合一”反应釜新技术可以有效地提高生产能力，同时节能降耗。

| Abstract: | The improving technology for kiln gas purification system by using MP trays in the desulfurization tower and scrubber to increase the purification degree of kiln gas was put forward.By taking dynamic aging technology，lime milk became more delicate and uniform，so that the free alkali of the product was reduced and the product quality was improved.At the same time，a new technology of ‘three-in-one’ reactor was proposed，which can not only effectively improve the production capacity，but also saves the energy. |
