高分子纸张增强剂的合成及应用

摘    要:应用水溶液聚合方法合成了高分子纸张增强剂P(AM/DDAC/DMC/AA)共聚物-聚(丙烯酰胺/二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵/2-甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵/丙烯酸)。采用正交实验方法分析讨论了不同的单体质量浓度、聚合体系pH值、引发剂用量、分子量调解剂用量,对P(AM/DDAC/DMC/AA)共聚物特性粘度(η])的影响,从中优化出最佳反应条件。同时研究了P(AM/DDAC/DMC/AA)性能,并进行了造纸应用实验,使纸张干强度明显增加和滤水时间显著缩短。

Abstract:The paper rinforcer with high molecular weight poly(arcylamide-co-diallydimethylammonium chloride-co-methacry loxyethyl-trimethlammonium chloride-co-acrylic acid) was synthesized by using water solution copolymerization method. The effect of various monomer weight concentrations, initiators weight concentrations, pH values of copolymerization system and molecular weight modifier concentrations on copolymers intrinsic viscosity have been discussed and analyzed with the orthogonal experiment method. The optimum conditions of reaction have been obtained. At the same time , the P(AM/DDAC/DMC/AA) same performance were studied and applying tests in papermaking were carried out.
