破碎硐室粉尘浓度空间分布规律的数值模拟

摘    要:为了掌握破碎硐室内粉尘浓度的空间分布规律,获取通风除尘设计的合理参数,以西石门铁矿提升车间系统27号破碎硐室为研究背景,依据气固两相流理论,运用计算流体力学的离散相模型(DPM)对破碎硐室粉尘浓度进行数值模拟,并与现场实测的粉尘浓度分布情况进行对比分析,模拟结果与实测数据基本吻合。研究结果表明:硐室空间内破碎机及给矿机附近区域粉尘浓度较大,并以破碎机及给矿机为中心径向逐步降低;捕捉壁面条件下粉尘浓度较之反弹壁面要低;当27/40斜坡道进风,且风速为1 m/s时,硐室空间内粉尘沉降效果较好;安装抽风除尘系统除尘率能达到90%以上,硐室大部分空间粉尘浓度保持在2 mg/m 3以内。

Abstract:In order to master the regularities of spatial dust concentration distribution in crushing chamber and obtain rational parameters for the design of dust removal by ventilation,taking No.27 crushing chamber of ascension workshops system in Xishimen Iron Mine as the research background,based on the theory of gas-solid two-phase flow,using the discrete phase model of computational fluid mechanics to simulate the dust concentration in crushing chamber.By contrast with field measurement of dust concentration distribution,simulating results were essentially coincident with measured data.The results indicate that the area nearby the crusher and feeder in crushing chamber have high dust concentration,and the value can gradually decrease radially taking the crusher and feeder as the center.Dust concentration in chamber under trap wall condition is smaller than the reflect.When 27/40 inclined roadway as the air inlet with the velocity in 1 m/s,the effect of dust setting is better.Meanwhile,the dust-removal efficiency can reach 90% when the system of dust removal by air exhaust was installed,and the dust concentration can keep in 2 mg/m 3.
