摘    要:以针叶木浆板为原料,以阔叶木浆板为标准原料,在不同的打浆度以及打浆时间下对其进行筛分、过滤来提取细小纤维,采用共絮凝工艺,研究不同转数对浆料滤水性能以及细小纤维和填料留着的影响.结果表明:随着剪切力的增大,滤水性能提高,细小纤维和填料的留着率降低,纸张的物理性质有了一定程度的提高.

Abstract:Softwood pulp board was chosen as the raw material and the broad-leaved wood pulp boards was chosen as the standard raw material. Different beating degrees were obtained under different beating time. Fines were separated after screening and filtration. Then,the co-flocculation process was selected to study the effects of different revolutions on filtration property of pulp and retention of fines and filler. The results show that with the increasing of the shear force, the drainability of pulp is increased, and the retention of fines and filler was decreased, and the physical properties of the paper are improved to some extent.
