金属管道表面缺陷微波无损检测

摘    要:对微波技术应用于工业管道表面缺陷的无损检测进行了试验研究,分别进行压力管道内、外表面的微波无损检测试验。试验结果表明:利用微波无损检测技术一方面能实现管道外表面的非接触检测;另一方面能实现管道内表面缺陷的快速定位与测定,大大提高了管道内表面缺陷的检测效率,为金属管道表面缺陷的定位修复和安全评估提供了重要依据。

Abstract:In this paper, microwave nondestructive testing technology of industrial metal pipe surface defects was experimental researched which included microwave NDT of inner and outer surface defects of the metal pipe. The results showed that using microwave NDT technology could realize non-contact detection of outer surface of the pipe. In addition, this technology also could achieve fast positioning and determination of pipe inner surface defects which could greatly improve the efficiency of pipe inspection. The research provided an important basis for safety assessment of industrial metal pipe.
