Countermeasures of Technical Trade Barriers Based on the Expected Carbon Tariff

Under the background of developing the low-carbon economy, reducing the carbon emission, and delaying the serious climate changes, Carbon tariff is proposed as a new kind of technical trade barriers. The paper studies the theories of technical trade barriers and carbon tariff, then analyzes the influence of the expected carbon tariff on foreign trade and Chinese economy, and finally proposes some countermeasures.
