我国智慧社区服务标准体系构建探析

我国智慧城市的建设已经步入快速发展阶段，而智慧社区是智慧城市建设的重要组成部分。本文在分析总结智慧社区建设的发展现状和趋势基础上，针对智慧社区建设中的社会管理和公共服务领域，研究分析智慧社区运行的载体--智慧社区综合管理服务平台，提出智慧社区服务标准体系的框架，为智慧社区标准化建设提供指导，体现智慧社区标准化建设“可复制”和“可推广”的理念。

Studies on Establishment of Smart Community Service Standard System in China

The construction of smart city has stepped into a rapid devdopment stage, and the smart community is an important part of smart city. Based on the analysis and summary of the development and trend of the smart community construction, the paper studies on the fields of social management and public services in the smart community construction, and analyzes the integrated management services platform, which is the carrier for the operation of smart community. The writer then puts forward the framework of the smart commtmity service standard system, which can provide guidance for the construction of smart commtmity standardization and reflect the concepts of ＂reproducible＂ and＂epagable＂.
