摘    要:提出采用原子吸收法连续测定热镀锌镀液中Fe、Pd、Pb等6种有害元素的含量,从而发现热镀锌厂镀件表面出现麻点、无光泽、发黑问题的原因为镀液中Fe和Pb含量严重超标。该法采用HNO3和HF溶液溶解试样。介绍了最佳的仪器工作条件,并进行了相关的干扰试验。该法快速、准确、回收率高,相对标准偏差为1.7%~2.6%,具有推广价值。

Abstract:The content of six bad elements in hot galvanizing solution was continuously determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Severely excessive Fe and Pb content, compared with the standard, in the solution was found to be the reason for which the plated parts of one hot galvanizing plant had pits, and were lusterless and black. The solution of HNO_3 and HF was used to dissolve samples. The optimal working conditions of the instrument were given. The correlative interference tests were carried out. The method is rapid and accurate, and has a relative standard deviation of 1.7% to 2.6% and a high recovery rate. It is worthy of popularization.
