核桃仁中苦杏仁苷提取工艺的研究

摘    要:核桃仁经灭酶、脱脂、萃取、结晶,制得纯度较高的苦杏仁苷。研究比较了乙醇用量、浓度、提取温度和时间对产率影响。所得优化工艺条件为:乙醇体积用量为120 mL,浓度为95%,提取温度为60℃,提取时间为30 min。重复提取4次,抽滤,所得滤液蒸馏,在水浴中冷却,过滤干燥。用分光光度法测定产品吸光度,计算出苦杏仁苷的最终产率为0.984%。

Abstract:High purity amygdalin was obtained from walnut kernel by the process of enzyme destruction,degreasing and crystallization.In this study,the effects of different volume and concentration of ethanol,temperature and extraction time were investigated.The optimized conditions were as follows:120 mL of ethanol with concentration of 95% was added,the extraction time 30 min under 60 ℃,the process repeat four times.In this way the extraction ratio was 0.984%.
