| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了运用工业工程的方法对一条扶梯装配线进行改善的例子.经过改善,装配线的周期时间降低了一半,装配线更加趋于平衡,大大提高了企业的生产率.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces an example about an escalator assembly line improved by method of industry engineering. With the improvement, the cycle time of the assembly line has decreased by halves and the assembly line becomes more balanced. The productivity has been increased greatly. |
