煤炭进场太阳能路灯照明系统设计

摘    要: 本文设计了以SPCE061A单片机为控制核心、由太阳能电池板、镍氢蓄电池以及LED放电电路组成的煤炭进场太阳能电池路灯系统。 系统中太阳能电池板发出的电流通过AD转换同时对蓄电池充电电流和电压进行检测,采用PWM波控制充电电流并防止电池过度充电;通过对继电器的控制防止蓄电池的过度放电,从而避免了因不正常充放电对电池造成的损害。放电电路由PT4115芯片驱动,夜晚亮度能够达到煤炭进场路灯的照明要求,采用LED照明比传统的高压钠灯更节能。

Abstract:Based on SPCE061A Microcomputer, solar cells driven LED road lamps are designed for the entrance of coal system in this paper,the system is composed of SPEC 061A MCU, solar cells panels, nickel-metal hydride storage battery and LED discharge circuits. The system starts with solar cells panel, it converts solar energy into electrical energy; charging current and voltage of the battery is detected through the AD conversion circuit; PWM wave is employed to control the battery charging current and prevent overcharging; the relay is used to prevent battery over-discharge, in hence the protection of the whole process of charge and discharge of the storage battery is achieved and avoid any damage to the battery under unusual state. Discharge circuit is driven by the PT4115 chip,night lighting requirements for coal entrance system brightness can be achieved. Meanwhile, applied LED lights save dramatic energy than traditional high voltage Na lamps.
